Who We Are
RouteTruth ("we," "our," or "us") is a profit intelligence platform for FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider (ISP) contractors. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our application at tnt-logistics-six.vercel.app and our website at routetruth.com.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, company name, and CSA identifiers when you create an account. We also collect operational data you upload, including FedEx Weekly Service Worksheets, ISP Settlement Statements, driver records, vehicle information, timeclock entries, and inspection reports.
When you connect a third-party service such as QuickBooks Online, we receive authorized access to financial data including chart of accounts, profit and loss reports, employee records, and expense transactions. We only access data you explicitly authorize through the OAuth connection flow.
We automatically collect basic usage information such as login timestamps, pages visited, and device type to improve the application experience.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to operate the RouteTruth platform: calculating driver revenue, generating payroll estimates, producing financial reports, tracking vehicle maintenance, and providing the analytics and intelligence features you access through the application. We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing and improving our service to you.
Third-Party Integrations
RouteTruth integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 API. When you connect QuickBooks, we request only the permissions necessary to read and write financial data relevant to your fleet operations. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from within the application, which immediately revokes our access.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may use third-party infrastructure providers (such as Supabase for database hosting and Vercel for application hosting) to operate the platform. These providers process data solely on our behalf and under our instructions.
SMS / Text Messaging
With your consent, RouteTruth sends operational text messages (SMS) to drivers and operators. These messages include shift schedule publications, shift reminders, clock-in and clock-out alerts, route assignment changes, account setup links, and other operational coordination tied to your work account. Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is collected during account onboarding, when you provide your mobile number and opt in to operational messaging. Consent is not a condition of employment or of using the platform. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used solely to deliver the operational messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with any third party, and we do not share this information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third parties.
Data Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and row-level security policies that ensure each contractor can only access their own data. OAuth tokens for third-party services are stored securely and refreshed automatically.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days of your request. Backups may retain data for an additional 90 days before being purged.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time. You may export your data from the application.
Children's Privacy
RouteTruth is a business application and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the application. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
