Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RouteTruth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
RouteTruth is a profit intelligence platform for FedEx Ground ISP contractors. The Service provides financial analytics, driver management, payroll estimation, scheduling, timekeeping, vehicle tracking, and integration with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. The Service is provided "as is" and is continually evolving.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within RouteTruth. We claim no ownership rights over your operational, financial, or employee data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you provide.
FedEx Credentials and Third-Party Authentication
RouteTruth does not collect, store, or transmit your FedEx login credentials. You authenticate directly with FedEx systems using your own credentials in your own browser session, and you retain sole ownership and control of those credentials at all times. Data from FedEx systems enters the Service only when you, or an authorized user acting on your instruction, initiate its transfer from your own authenticated session. RouteTruth acts solely as your licensed operational software, processing data you choose to provide; it does not access FedEx systems on its own behalf and is not a party to your agreements with FedEx. You are responsible for ensuring your use of FedEx systems and your transfer of data to the Service comply with your contracts with FedEx.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or interfere with the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including QuickBooks Online. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You may connect and disconnect integrations at any time.
Payment and Billing
Pricing and billing terms will be communicated separately. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the Service.
Disclaimers
RouteTruth is a decision-support tool. The Service provides estimates, analytics, and intelligence based on data you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations including but not limited to payroll estimates, revenue projections, or financial reports. You are responsible for verifying all figures before using them for payroll, tax filings, or business decisions. The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteTruth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RouteTruth and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aiken County, South Carolina.
